Season 5 begins September 9th

We are currently booking MARCH 2026 and beyond.

We’re turning the page on a brand-new chapter for our programming lineup to better accommodate our growing community of fabulous guests and readers. Beginning with our next season in September 2025, regular author features will move exclusively to our companion series, A Bookish Moment—a cozier, more flexible space perfect for solo authors and smaller conversations.

The Bookish Hour will now be reserved for special events only. This includes:

• Multi-author panels

• It’s Bookish Time anniversaries

• Themed group discussions or seasonal celebrations

What day/time does A Bookish Moment air? A Bookish Moment episodes are scheduled based on the author’s needs and the availability of hosts Sarah and J.C. Because each episode is thoughtfully produced with care and creativity, we limit recordings to one or two per week. To inquire about scheduling, please email us at requests@itsbookishtime.com.

What technology do I need to “livestream” an episode? Make sure you have a microphone, webcam, and access to Zoom. Episodes are recorded through Zoom and livestreamed onto YouTube.

What if a reader misses the livestream? Your episode will be available on our YouTube channel after the stream.

🔔 Important Booking Note

We are fully booked through February 2026. When selecting dates, please look at March 2026 and beyond.

We only record 1–2 episodes per week, so if you see two shows already listed for a week, that week is considered fully booked.

📺 About A Bookish Moment

Starting in September 2025, regular bookings will take place on A Bookish Moment, our cozy 30-minute YouTube livestream series. This show is where we spotlight individual authors in a fun, interactive format for readers and fans.

Recording schedule:

• Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

• Between 3 PM and 5 PM ET

• We do our best to accommodate availability, though timeframes outside this window are limited

• Please submit your top 3 preferred dates when booking

Once scheduled, we’ll also request the following:

• A short author bio

• A high-resolution headshot

• An e-ARC of your featured book (PDF or ePub preferred)

The producers reserve the right to edit blurbs to adhere to time constraints; however, you will have approval of the final blurb that will be read during the broadcast.
